Question: Does anyone have a problem with the brake lights sticking on?

Over the last week I have noticed that my brake lights are staying on after I have turned the vehicle off. The light switch is off. If I remember to, tapping the brake will turn them off. But light tonight, i forgot and my car is dead. Any input?
