Question: Front Brake Issue
Hi,
I very recently had my front brakes and rotor replaced by my local Firestone. The brakes do still (after 1,000 miles) squeak slightly, but sound fine on normal stopping. In emergency stopping however there is a whining sound (what would sound like a locomotive slowing down, but not as loud). Before I take her back into Firestone to get re-swindled, I wanted to arm myself with information. Does anybody know what may be causing this?
