Question: how to adjust headlights on 2005 elantra?

I have a 2005 hyundai elantra and the headlights are constantly burning out. I have just recently changed them but now they are pointed much to high. Does anyone know how to adjust these so they point a little lower?

It's in the manual, I can't recall just how I did it, but there IS a section that explains the adjustments (where you point your car towards a wall or closed garage door and fiddle with some screws.

Be sure that you have seated the bulb firmly in its socket with the locator pin in the right place. My driver's side low beam was aimed at the sky, and when I poked around looking for the adjustment screws, I discovered that the bulb wasn't installed properly. Putting it properly into the socket fixed the problem, and I still haven't figured out how to aim them.
