Question: Intermittent Head light problem, which is more frequent

The lights flicker and then go out, it could be the right or left or both! I turn them off & on and sometimes they will come back on, but usually do the same thing. I have had the bulbs, wiring harness and switch replaced. What could cause this? It is very annoying and very unsafe!
