Question: low beam replacement 2007Mazda3 iTouring

How do I replace the low beam headlight bulb on my 2007 Mazda iTouring 4door sedan?

I have the same problem on the drivers's side. The bulb has blown twice in a month, so I think its actually a short somewhere.
I have to take it back to the garage to have them investigate.

Ive replaced headlights twice...in the last three months...alas i couldnt remember if they were different ones or not.
