"2013 Altima 3.5 SL (6 cylinder engine, CVT transmission):For strictly highway driving I consistently get 34 MPG (plus or minus 1.5) .In mixed city/highway I am getting around 21-22 mpg.In town is worse for obvious reasons: hills, stop signs, low speed limits, traffic, pedestrians rule, etc..The seat comfort is really excellent . My lower back is happy even after 3 hours behind the wheel - some cars in this category (like my old car) are not anywhere near as comfortable.I like the safety features (lane departure, blind spot warnings) but I would have wanted them without the navigation system, which is expensive and is not nearly as good as smart phone - Google mapping. And while I do not have a heavy foot, Ds mode really gets you merged on to the highway quickly when traffic is heavy. Nice simulation of gear 'shifting' in that mode, too.(Ds mode is selected using the transmission lever).I also briefly drove a 2012 4 cylinder, and the power, while not as much as the 6 was quite satisfactory. I will say that if your NOT an audiophile then the Bose sound will be ok."
